Frances is a Registered Psychologist with experience in a range of different clinical, research and policy settings. She has a strong passion for child and youth mental health, and previously managed three headspace centres in Sydney. She has also delivered extensive policy projects related to child and youth mental health for state and federal government, as well as the not-for-profit sector. Frances has a special interest in psychometric testing, as well as supporting children and young people experiencing depression, anxiety, and social and behavioural difficulties. Frances has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and various attachment-based approaches including Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems. In addition to her role at Kids in Mind Psychology, Frances works with a private firm delivering health and social policy consulting services.
